30-Day Return Policy

Apparel Returns

All apparel items are eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Returns may be exchanged for a different size or refunded, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

  • Returned items must be in "as new" condition, defined as unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way. Items returned with strong odors (e.g., perfume, detergent, cigarette smoke) or with used in-game codes are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Non-Apparel Product Returns

Non-apparel products, including collectibles, may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt if:

  • The product remains unopened and in its original condition.

Important: Do not return products that fail to meet the above criteria. Refunds will not be issued for ineligible items, nor can such items be returned to you.

Return/Exchange Process

To arrange a return or exchange:

  1. Send the item(s) to the warehouse address provided by our customer support including your order number.

    • Note: We do not provide return shipping labels. You may choose any postal carrier, but we recommend selecting one with tracking.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  2. For exchanges, contact us via the online contact form with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.

Responsibility for Returned Items

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. To ensure their safe return, please use a delivery service that provides insurance for the value of the goods.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us via the contact form, including details of the issue and, if possible, attach photographs. We will assist you in obtaining a replacement.

Postage Refunds for Returns

We will refund return postage costs only in cases where the return is due to an error on our part, such as:

  • An incorrect item sent.

  • A damaged or faulty item received.

For items returned due to being unwanted or no longer required, postage costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the goods' value.

Right of Withdrawal

EU residents, as defined under Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), have the statutory right to cancel an order within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason. This right does not extend to residents outside the EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, received the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us via the contact form with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Sending the notice before the 14-day deadline suffices to meet the withdrawal requirement.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding supplementary costs for premium delivery options).

  • A deduction may be made for loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature and functionality.

Reimbursement will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and must return them no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
